At the start of a new year, or any new season, I try to be intentional about seeking God’s direction and wisdom for what lies ahead. It’s easy for me to rush forward with my own plans, but I’ve learned I feel far more grounded when I slow down and invite God into the process. Actually, invite  isn’t quite the right word.
